The animal world is absolutely amazing. Some animals are tiny, like a BEETLE scurrying across the ground. Others are huge and fluffy, like an ALPACA walking through the mountains. Each one has special skills that help it survive!
Take the PANDA, for example. This gentle bear lives in forests far away and munches on bamboo all day long. Then there's the PELICAN with its enormous pouch under its beak—perfect for catching fish! And have you ever heard of a LYNX? This wild cat has super fuzzy ears and can hunt in snowy places where most animals would freeze.
Some animals are pretty unusual. The DODO was a big bird that lived on an island, but sadly, it doesn't exist anymore. A VIPER is a snake you'd want to stay away from because it's dangerous. And a RACCOON? That clever masked bandit loves to wash its food and gets into trash cans looking for snacks!
